The DraigSidhe History

We count the birth of DraigSidhe as Beltane 2000 with the free on-line publication of "The Craft Grimoire of Eclectic Magick." While The Craft is a WitchCraft 101 work, and has very little to do with DraigSidhe, within this work are the seeds that would grow in to what DraigSidhe is.

In the beginning, DraigSidhe was know as "Dragon Fae," it was a family Trad. designed as a way of teaching our children, specificly our oldest daughter, for whom The Craft was written. With the writing of "Sea, Land, Sky: a dragon magick grimoire" in 2002 (publication 2003) a number of our Pagan friends in Midland, Texas expressed an interest in forming a formal study group. Thus the DraigSidhe tradition came into being in December 2002. This first group is know as the Mother Tor.
